How we teach
Every subject has a yearly plan broken into monthly and weekly targets. Teachers record what was actually taught each day, so the school always knows which class is on pace and which one needs help catching up.
Ali Honehar Girls Elementary School serves families in Jhang with grades 1 to 8, a planned syllabus and teachers who follow up personally.
Every subject has a yearly plan broken into monthly and weekly targets. Teachers record what was actually taught each day, so the school always knows which class is on pace and which one needs help catching up.
School runs Monday to Saturday, 8:00am to 1:30pm. Attendance is taken in the first period of every class. If a girl is absent three days in a row, her class teacher contacts the family the same week.
When a student's marks drop or she starts missing school, her teacher raises it early. The Vice Principal then agrees a simple support plan with the teacher and the parents — extra practice, a seat change, or a short daily check-in.
We keep classrooms calm and predictable. Rules are few, clear and applied kindly. Discipline is about helping a student return to good habits, never about shaming her.
