How long should my daily update take?

Two to five minutes. Complete each class from My Day, and everything else updates itself.

Do I need to enter attendance numbers?

No. Attendance is already recorded, so the Complete Class panel simply shows you the totals.

Why do some students appear under Needs Your Attention?

The system watches for three consecutive absences, repeated monthly absences, sharp drops in marks and repeatedly missing homework.

What happens to a support plan I save?

It stays on the student profile and becomes visible to academic supervision for coaching and review.

I closed a panel by mistake — did I lose my note?

No. Class notes are saved as drafts and restored the next time you open that class.
